# Task Monster vs DuoTask

The clearest difference is ads: DuoTask at none against Task Monster's shown. DuoTask also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 4 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Task Monster's advantage is ratings volume (26 vs 4) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.6). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Task Monster sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and DuoTask sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
