# ArcSite vs OptiTools Mobile

The clearest difference is review sentiment: OptiTools Mobile at 100% against ArcSite's 45%. OptiTools Mobile also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 11). ArcSite's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.5) and update cadence (weekly vs every 4 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ArcSite sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. OptiTools Mobile asks for nothing beyond the download.

ArcSite holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ArcSite has 9.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 45% of ArcSite's written reviews are positive against 100% of OptiTools Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ArcSite ships an update weekly, OptiTools Mobile every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
