The clearest difference is update cadence: ADP WorkForce Suite at every 3 weeks against Derdack Enterprise Alert®'s every 3 months. ADP WorkForce Suite also leads on ratings volume (122 vs 12). Derdack Enterprise Alert®'s advantage is rating (1.8 vs 1.6). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Derdack Enterprise Alert® holds the better App Store score, 1.8 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ADP WorkForce Suite has 122 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Derdack Enterprise Alert®'s written reviews are positive against 6% of ADP WorkForce Suite's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
