# Disco Timer vs Pro Timer

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Pro Timer at none against Disco Timer's 1. Pro Timer also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.4). Disco Timer's advantage is ratings volume (97 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Disco Timer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Pro Timer asks for nothing beyond the download.

Pro Timer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Disco Timer has 97 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
