# Crayon vs Okibumi

The clearest difference is update cadence: Okibumi at daily against Crayon's every 3 months. Crayon's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Crayon sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Okibumi sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Crayon ships an update every 3 months, Okibumi daily. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
