# Etihad vs Emirates Palace

The clearest difference is rating: Emirates Palace at 5.0 against Etihad's 4.4. Emirates Palace also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Etihad's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (18K vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Emirates Palace holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Etihad has 18K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Etihad ships an update every 5 days, Emirates Palace monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
