# Etihad vs AVIS Oman

The clearest difference is rating: Etihad at 4.4 against AVIS Oman's 1.0. Etihad also leads on ratings volume (18K vs 1) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). AVIS Oman's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Etihad holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Etihad has 18K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Etihad ships an update every 5 days, AVIS Oman every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
