# Etihad vs LUXE Concierge

The clearest difference is review sentiment: LUXE Concierge at 75% against Etihad's 20%. LUXE Concierge also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Etihad's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 3.0) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 months). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Etihad holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Etihad has 18K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of Etihad's written reviews are positive against 75% of LUXE Concierge's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Etihad ships an update every 5 days, LUXE Concierge every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
