# SumsApp vs Eidra

The clearest difference is rating: Eidra at 5.0 against SumsApp's 4.6. Eidra also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). SumsApp's advantage is ratings volume (169 vs 1) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SumsApp sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Eidra sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Eidra holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SumsApp has 169 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

SumsApp ships an update every 9 days, Eidra every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
