# Bodyteamwork vs aktivplan+

The clearest difference is update cadence: aktivplan+ at every 3 weeks against Bodyteamwork's every 8 months. Bodyteamwork's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Bodyteamwork ships an update every 8 months, aktivplan+ every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
