# Firefox Fast & Private Browser vs Amigo Browser

The clearest difference is rating: Firefox Fast & Private Browser at 4.6 against Amigo Browser's 3.4. Firefox Fast & Private Browser also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and update cadence (weekly vs every 15 months). Amigo Browser's advantage is review sentiment (83% vs 46%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Amigo Browser sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Firefox Fast & Private Browser asks for nothing beyond the download.

Firefox Fast & Private Browser holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Firefox Fast & Private Browser has 219K ratings behind it against 80, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of Firefox Fast & Private Browser's written reviews are positive against 83% of Amigo Browser's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
