# Pray Watch vs Salati

The clearest difference is ads: Pray Watch at none against Salati's shown. Pray Watch also leads on ratings volume (9.3K vs 1) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Salati's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks) and review sentiment (100% vs 89%). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Salati holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pray Watch has 9.3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 89% of Pray Watch's written reviews are positive against 100% of Salati's.

Pray Watch ships an update every 6 weeks, Salati fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
