# Remember vs Today

The clearest difference is price: Today at Free against Remember's $0.99. Today also leads on rating (4.5 vs 4.2) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). Remember's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months). On ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Today is free to download; Remember costs $0.99 up front. Today sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Remember asks for nothing beyond the download.

Today holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 56 and 70 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Remember's written reviews are positive against 56% of Today's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Remember ships an update every 4 days, Today every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
