# 洋葱学园 vs Physics Lab AR

The clearest difference is rating: Physics Lab AR at 4.7 against 洋葱学园's 3.8. Physics Lab AR also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.8K vs 92). 洋葱学园's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (66% vs 48%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 洋葱学园 sells 12 one-off in-app purchases and Physics Lab AR sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Physics Lab AR holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Physics Lab AR has 1.8K ratings behind it against 92, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 66% of 洋葱学园's written reviews are positive against 48% of Physics Lab AR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

洋葱学园 ships an update fortnightly, Physics Lab AR every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
