# Flurry Screensaver vs OLEDX

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Flurry Screensaver at none against OLEDX's 1. Flurry Screensaver also leads on review sentiment (75% vs 49%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). OLEDX's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (5.2K vs 70). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OLEDX sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Flurry Screensaver asks for nothing beyond the download.

OLEDX holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OLEDX has 5.2K ratings behind it against 70, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Flurry Screensaver's written reviews are positive against 49% of OLEDX's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Flurry Screensaver ships an update every 13 months, OLEDX every 10 months. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
