# Splid vs Splitser

Splid and Splitser both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 98% of Splid's written reviews are positive against 76% of Splitser's. Splid also leads on ratings volume (4.2K vs 593). Splitser's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Splid sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Splitser sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Splid against 4.9 for Splitser. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Splid has 4.2K ratings behind it against 593, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 98% of Splid's written reviews are positive against 76% of Splitser's.

Splid ships an update every 3 months, Splitser monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
