# UWorld Medical Exam Prep vs Enabled Learning

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Enabled Learning at 100% against UWorld Medical Exam Prep's 34%. Enabled Learning also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). UWorld Medical Exam Prep's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.7) and ratings volume (4.1K vs 3). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. UWorld Medical Exam Prep sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Enabled Learning asks for nothing beyond the download.

UWorld Medical Exam Prep holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: UWorld Medical Exam Prep has 4.1K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of UWorld Medical Exam Prep's written reviews are positive against 100% of Enabled Learning's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
