# SJCAM Zone vs YUTUPRO

The clearest difference is rating: SJCAM Zone at 4.7 against YUTUPRO's 2.2. SJCAM Zone also leads on ratings volume (767 vs 26) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). YUTUPRO's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SJCAM Zone holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SJCAM Zone has 767 ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of SJCAM Zone's written reviews are positive against 15% of YUTUPRO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SJCAM Zone ships an update every 2 weeks, YUTUPRO every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
