# Touch VPN Secure Hotspot Proxy vs Sharelock

The clearest difference is ads: Sharelock at none against Touch VPN Secure Hotspot Proxy's shown. Sharelock also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Touch VPN Secure Hotspot Proxy's advantage is ratings volume (16K vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Touch VPN Secure Hotspot Proxy sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and Sharelock sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
