# Buckingham Palace Visitor Guide vs Visit Trinity

The clearest difference is rating: Buckingham Palace Visitor Guide at 5.0 against Visit Trinity's 2.4. Buckingham Palace Visitor Guide also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 12.4). Visit Trinity's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 8 months) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Buckingham Palace Visitor Guide sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and Visit Trinity sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Buckingham Palace Visitor Guide holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Visit Trinity has 52 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Buckingham Palace Visitor Guide's written reviews are positive against 23% of Visit Trinity's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Buckingham Palace Visitor Guide ships an update every 8 months, Visit Trinity every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
