Both are free to download. Watch Notes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. 言波 asks for nothing beyond the download.

Watch Notes ships an update every 6 weeks, 言波 every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
