# Watch Notes vs SnapStory

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Watch Notes at 9.0 against SnapStory's 16.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Watch Notes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SnapStory sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
