# Onceit vs Lorna Jane

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lorna Jane at every 6 weeks against Onceit's every 4 months. Onceit's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Onceit ships an update every 4 months, Lorna Jane every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
