# SmartHQ vs RoCo Mobile

The clearest difference is ads: RoCo Mobile at none against SmartHQ's shown. RoCo Mobile also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). SmartHQ's advantage is update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (89K vs 2). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RoCo Mobile holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SmartHQ has 89K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
