# Offshore VR vs Legendary VR

The clearest difference is rating: Offshore VR at 3.6 against Legendary VR's 2.0. Offshore VR also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 9 months). Legendary VR's advantage is review sentiment (66% vs 43%) and ratings volume (21 vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Offshore VR holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 2.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 5 and 21 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of Offshore VR's written reviews are positive against 66% of Legendary VR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Offshore VR ships an update every 2 weeks, Legendary VR every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
