# Homework Tracker vs InClass

The clearest difference is rating: InClass at 4.3 against Homework Tracker's 4.0. InClass also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). Homework Tracker's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 50%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Homework Tracker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.69 per month and InClass sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.79 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

InClass holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Homework Tracker's written reviews are positive against 50% of InClass's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Homework Tracker ships an update every 2 months, InClass monthly. Both last shipped on October 6, 2026.
