# Enki vs Mimo

The clearest difference is ads: Enki at none against Mimo's shown. Enki also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). Mimo's advantage is ratings volume (111K vs 1.1K) and update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Enki sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Mimo sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Enki against 4.8 for Mimo. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mimo has 111K ratings behind it against 1.1K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 75% of Enki's written reviews are positive against 71% of Mimo's.

Enki ships an update every 5 weeks, Mimo weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
