# Enki vs API Pro

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: API Pro at none against Enki's 9. API Pro also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs monthly) and review sentiment (100% vs 75%). Enki's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Enki sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. API Pro asks for nothing beyond the download.

API Pro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Enki has 1.1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 75% of Enki's written reviews are positive against 100% of API Pro's.

Enki ships an update monthly, API Pro every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and September 16, 2026 respectively.
