# Enki vs DevTo

The clearest difference is rating: Enki at 4.8 against DevTo's 1.0. Enki also leads on update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 29 months) and ratings volume (1.1K vs 1). DevTo's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 9). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Enki sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. DevTo asks for nothing beyond the download.

Enki holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Enki has 1.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Enki ships an update every 5 weeks, DevTo every 29 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
