# Enki vs MasterJi

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: MasterJi at none against Enki's 9. MasterJi also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Enki's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Enki sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. MasterJi asks for nothing beyond the download.

MasterJi holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Enki has 1.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Enki ships an update every 5 weeks, MasterJi weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
