# Living Scriptures vs Seer Stone

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Living Scriptures at 10K against Seer Stone's 4. Living Scriptures also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). Seer Stone's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Living Scriptures sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Seer Stone sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Living Scriptures holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Living Scriptures has 10K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
