# Living Scriptures vs The CDub Network

Living Scriptures and The CDub Network both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 92% of The CDub Network's written reviews are positive against 48% of Living Scriptures's. The CDub Network also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Living Scriptures's advantage is ratings volume (10K vs 26) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Living Scriptures sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and The CDub Network sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $29.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Living Scriptures against 4.8 for The CDub Network. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Living Scriptures has 10K ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 48% of Living Scriptures's written reviews are positive against 92% of The CDub Network's.

Living Scriptures ships an update monthly, The CDub Network every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
