# 21 Day Container Tracker vs Reformly

The clearest difference is review sentiment: 21 Day Container Tracker at 74% against Reformly's 14%. 21 Day Container Tracker also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (510 vs 19). Reformly's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks) and rating (4.9 vs 4.7). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 21 Day Container Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Reformly sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Reformly holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 21 Day Container Tracker has 510 ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of 21 Day Container Tracker's written reviews are positive against 14% of Reformly's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

21 Day Container Tracker ships an update every 3 weeks, Reformly every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
