# MySwimPro vs Swimerize

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Swimerize at 100% against MySwimPro's 37%. Swimerize also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and ads (none vs shown). MySwimPro's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (5.9K vs 4). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MySwimPro sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.00 per month and Swimerize sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Swimerize holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MySwimPro has 5.9K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 37% of MySwimPro's written reviews are positive against 100% of Swimerize's.

MySwimPro ships an update weekly, Swimerize every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
