# OverRapid vs Night Dream

The clearest difference is update cadence: Night Dream at every 3 weeks against OverRapid's every 2 months. Night Dream also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OverRapid sells 23 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Night Dream sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OverRapid ships an update every 2 months, Night Dream every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
