# Habitica vs Daybound

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Daybound at 100% against Habitica's 64%. Daybound also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.3). Habitica's advantage is ratings volume (3.6K vs 9). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Habitica sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Daybound sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
