# PSA vs 2K

The clearest difference is review sentiment: 2K at 100% against PSA's 57%. 2K also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). PSA's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 2.7) and ratings volume (62K vs 7). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PSA holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PSA has 62K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of PSA's written reviews are positive against 100% of 2K's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PSA ships an update every 4 days, 2K every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
