# First 5 vs The First Church

The clearest difference is ads: The First Church at none against First 5's shown. The First Church also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). First 5's advantage is ratings volume (889 vs 7) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 7 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
