# School Days HD vs Destruction simulator

The clearest difference is ads: School Days HD at none against Destruction simulator's shown. School Days HD also leads on rating (4.0 vs 3.7) and ratings volume (369 vs 102). Destruction simulator's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. School Days HD sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Destruction simulator sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

School Days HD holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 369 and 102 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of School Days HD's written reviews are positive against 63% of Destruction simulator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

School Days HD ships an update every 3 months, Destruction simulator every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
