# EorzeaTime vs Final Fantasy Map

The clearest difference is rating: EorzeaTime at 4.8 against Final Fantasy Map's 4.3. EorzeaTime also leads on ratings volume (196 vs 6). Final Fantasy Map's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EorzeaTime sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Final Fantasy Map sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

EorzeaTime holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EorzeaTime has 196 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

EorzeaTime ships an update every 6 weeks, Final Fantasy Map every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
