# LUXE Concierge vs Batch

The clearest difference is rating: Batch at 4.8 against LUXE Concierge's 3.0. Batch also leads on ratings volume (22K vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). LUXE Concierge's advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 38%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Batch holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Batch has 22K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of LUXE Concierge's written reviews are positive against 38% of Batch's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

LUXE Concierge ships an update every 2 months, Batch every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
