# Viskey vs Fonts

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Fonts at 67% against Viskey's 20%. Fonts also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (16.6 vs 26.0). Viskey's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Viskey sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Fonts sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Viskey ships an update every 3 months, Fonts every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 15, 2026.
