# FlightReady Academy vs Mobile SSP

The clearest difference is ratings volume: FlightReady Academy at 893 against Mobile SSP's 1. Mobile SSP's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FlightReady Academy sells 16 one-off in-app purchases and Mobile SSP sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mobile SSP holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FlightReady Academy has 893 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

FlightReady Academy ships an update fortnightly, Mobile SSP monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and September 19, 2026 respectively.
