# Connect King vs Flow Free

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Connect King at none against Flow Free's 11. Flow Free's advantage is ratings volume (10K vs 12) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flow Free sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Connect King asks for nothing beyond the download.

Flow Free holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flow Free has 10K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 89% of Connect King's written reviews are positive against 84% of Flow Free's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Connect King ships an update every 3 months, Flow Free every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
