# CardioCast vs Simplift

The clearest difference is ads: Simplift at none against CardioCast's shown. CardioCast's advantage is ratings volume (1.5K vs 4). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CardioCast sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Simplift sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Simplift holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CardioCast has 1.5K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 93% of CardioCast's written reviews are positive against 100% of Simplift's.

CardioCast ships an update monthly, Simplift every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
