# CAR vs Sarajevo Navigator

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Sarajevo Navigator at 67% against CAR's 32%. Sarajevo Navigator also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.0). CAR's advantage is ratings volume (2.9K vs 4) and rating (4.6 vs 4.3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CAR holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CAR has 2.9K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 32% of CAR's written reviews are positive against 67% of Sarajevo Navigator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CAR ships an update every 3 weeks, Sarajevo Navigator every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
