This special event offers a series of gentle, easy-to-follow yoga sessions designed to improve flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our experienced instructors will guide you through each daily routine with compassion and attention to detail. Seniors can look forward to a gradually building sequence of poses that gradually increase in difficulty, allowing them to build strength and confidence at their own pace.
