I was going through issues getting into the app because of my own mistake and Josh short for Joshua helped me out step by step. I can’t thank him enough for the help. Josh is that guy.
Server can go down leaving you stranded
Filled up e85 and tried to flash using the mobile flasher and could not connect to the server. Tried on my pc and same issue. Server went down causing me to miss plans and leave my car stranded
Works just fine
Used it a few times, only issues I’ve had was with iPad battery too low or wifi not working.
Interface is fine, customer service via app is meehhhh could be better.
Via email, the guys got back to me within the day, tune logs came within 12hrs.
I nagged them as I needed the a tcu file on a track day, they got it to me within 6hrs.

I have the same issue, email will not send prior to purchasing a tune
Issue creating an account on app
It keeps saying an email has been sent with further instructions but i haven't received anything even when i tried multiple emails. Please give me some help
