About

When panic hits, your rational brain goes offline. You can't read instructions. You can't count breaths. You can't do anything. 0PANIC works exactly in that moment. One tap from the home screen widget starts a 2-minute session. Place your phone on your chest. Progressive haptic feedback and brown noise do the work, you don't have to do anything. How it works The haptic engine simulates a heartbeat slowing from 92 to 52 BPM across three progressive phases: Heavy, Medium, Soft. Your nervous system follows the rhythm without you having to think about it. Brown noise with a gradual fade-in covers ambient sound and lowers your activation level. Zero UI When you're in panic, the interface disappears. Only the pulsing blob and minimal text remain. No menus, no login, no notifications. Home screen widget Immediate access from your home screen. One tap and you're in. No unlocking required. Privacy by design 0PANIC collects zero data. No account required. No internet connection needed. Everything happens on your device. Works in silent mode.
