App does not work!
I was in the middle of a support chat and the person on the other end just ended the conversation and never came back. No letters whatsoever show up in my app, so I can’t tell if all of my info is correct or not. I’ve paid for my membership, and the primary tool is not working.
FOLLOW-UP:
It’s been almost 3 days and still no contact from this company. The app is still not working properly and support has yet to respond in the chat. Do not put your money here! I had to go into Kraken and stop the trade manually because even a novice would have known to pull out.
